Pyro Pies is a wood-fired brick oven food truck serving authentic Neapolitan-style pizza using nearly century-old Italian recipes, imported flour, and hand-crushed San Marzano tomatoes. The truck operates throughout southern Central and East Tennessee, roughly between Murfreesboro, Chattanooga, Fayetteville, and Crossville. They grow their own pesticide-free Genovese basil hydroponically and shred fresh cheese in-house, emphasizing quality at every step.
