← Food trucks in Frederick, MD
The Blues BBQ Co is a family-run food truck started by brothers Patrick and Chris in 2004, dedicated to serving real wood-smoked BBQ in Frederick, Maryland. They slow-smoke their meats over a wood blend at precise temperatures, drawing on recipes inspired by BBQ traditions from across the country and beyond. Rather than masking flavors with heavy sauce, they use sauce as a complement to let the quality of the meat shine.
